It was extremely warm in the salon. Checking in for 3p reservation and they asked if any technician would work. I said no, I had a specific appointment with one person. Finally after trying to coax me into either waiting or choosing another technician, finally my reserved tech came over saying she had someone who was late, then changed the story once I said, the late person should wait not me. She then said it would be 15 minutes before she could get to me. So we agreed to allow another tech do my manicure and she would do my pedicure. I was assigned an older tech who clearly was not experienced & could barely speak any English. She had to get someone speak for her. Not a great manicure experience, but thank God for Phoebe. She helped the lady. Finished my manicure and my original appointed tech was STILL working on the same lady she told me would be 15 minutes. I asked Phoebe if she could do my pedicure & she said she could but needed to ask the other tech since that is who I made my appointment with. Lucky for them, Phoebe was able to do my Pedicure, otherwise I would have just left. Phoebe did an excellent job. This was my first visit & I have to think really hard if I’ll go back.

I had my first set of gel build nails. I was surprised by the painful burning when I put my nails in the UV lamp. It would have been nice to know the trick was taking out my nails just before I started to feel the warmth for a few seconds would have been a nice thing to do. I took off 1 star for this. Otherwise my nails turned out great!

My nails are absolutely perfect! Tee listened to exactly what I wanted my nails to look like and used his expertise to attention to detail to create the most beautiful, natural looking nails.

Andy does excellent work and he is very detailed!
